Terms of Use
These terms apply to every AeroESP account, including accounts created for the expert review of AI-generated assessment content.
1. Confidentiality of assessment content
Exam questions, answer keys, AI-generated question drafts, expert review material, and any other assessment content you can view through your AeroESP account are confidential and proprietary to the AeroESP project. This applies whether the content is marked "draft," "pending review," or already published.
By using AeroESP, you agree that you will not:
- Copy, photograph, screenshot, print, or otherwise reproduce assessment content for any purpose outside your assigned review or learning activity.
- Share, publish, upload, or forward assessment content to any other person, platform, service, or AI system not authorized by AeroESP.
- Use assessment content to train, prompt, or evaluate any third-party AI model or service.
- Distribute your account credentials or otherwise allow someone else to access AeroESP under your identity.
Expert reviewers are granted access to unpublished, AI-generated question drafts specifically to evaluate their technical and linguistic accuracy. This access is a trust granted for that purpose only, and does not extend to any other use of the material.
2. Ownership
AeroESP's source code, question content, review data, educational workflows, and related materials are proprietary works of the AeroESP project. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any AeroESP content to you. See the project's COPYRIGHT and LICENSE files for the terms governing the underlying software.
3. Accurate registration
You agree to register with your real name and an email address you control, and to accurately represent your role (student, teacher, or reviewer) when creating an account.
4. Consequences of violation
A breach of these terms - in particular, leaking, redistributing, or misusing confidential assessment content - is treated as a serious violation. AeroESP reserves the right to suspend or terminate the responsible account immediately, and to pursue any available legal remedy. Account creation is logged together with the time you accepted these terms, which may be used as evidence in such a case.
5. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the platform evolves. Continued use of AeroESP after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
